In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting day-to-day facilities operations. You will manage the interior maintenance program, partner closely with team members on data reporting, and track pending work orders. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong project tracking skills who enjoys collaborating directly with vendors and coordinators to ensure quality service delivery. Full training will be provided to ensure your success from day one!

Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Hybrid: In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Location: Woonsocket, RI
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the interior building cleaning program and oversee pest escalation processes.
- Coordinate directly with vendors, monitor service level agreements, and adjust service levels as needed.
- Assist senior analysts with data tracking, aging work order reviews, and performance metrics reporting.
- Review temporary service increase requests and assist with program de-escalation tracking.
- Ensure full program compliance and maintain highly accurate administrative project documentation.
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project management, or vendor/program coordination.
- strong analytical skills with experience tracking key performance indicators and generating reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
