- You will have ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, administrative personnel, benefit vendors, and the public, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender, cultural diversities, and disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and manages benefit policies, systems, programs, and procedures. Manage the day-to-day administration of assigned benefit program including vendor relationship - deploy meaningful communications that promote assigned programs to increase engagement and awareness
- Administers day-to-day operations of assigned programs - Subject Matter Expert for medical, prescription drug, LOA and Disability, voluntary programs, EAP, customer advocacy
- Ensures the accuracy of benefit enrollment in the outsourced benefits platform
- Evaluates and recommend the optimization of benefit programs (methods, providers, costs, fiscal implications, and tools) in a coherent and harmonized manner. Work with Vendors and Consultants to analyze the data and provide program experience tracking
- Reviews, reconciles, and approves benefit invoices for assigned programs
- Develops, designs, distributes, and presents benefits information for new hire orientations, open enrollment, and other informational sessions.
- Coordinates and vendor manage administrative processing, work methods, resource optimization, budget control, training, and development plans. Responds to benefits inquiries, monitors eligibility status, and assists participants with submitting and monitoring various claims.
- Collaborates with internal partners (HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Safety, Procurement, Communications and Finance teams)
