Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Independently manages the entire candidate preboarding process from post-offer acceptance to the first day.
- Serves as the main point of contact for the candidate, guiding them through the preboarding process with clear communication and instructions, and resolving any barriers.
- Effectively communicates candidate status updates to Talent Acquisition recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Audits pending employee records to ensure the integrity of all data, including job attributes, offer pay rates, incentives, and employment history.
- Hires the candidate in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) after all contingencies have been successfully met.
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Onboarding
- Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Taleo
- Basic knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS)
- No Weekends
