Join Our Mission We are looking for a Recruiter to act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers. In this role, you won't just fill seats; you will develop staffing plans and candidate pipelines that directly support our organization’s mission. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial strategy and screening to extending offers and overseeing onboarding.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Requirements
- Experience: At least one year of recruitment or human resources experience is required. Two+ years of recent recruitment experience is strongly recommended.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, OR an equivalent combination of four years of relevant work experience.
- Systems Proficiency: Expertise in ATS, Recruiting CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical Innovation: Required proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.
- Healthcare Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Location: Candidates must reside in the Central Florida area and be able to commute to Altamonte Springs for in-office days.
- Travel: Ability to complete quarterly facility visits to assigned hospitals (approximately twice per quarter total).
- Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
- Certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR.
- HR Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

Responsibilities
The Day-to-Day
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs by reviewing attrition, growth plans, and upcoming retirements.
- Talent Sourcing: Execute acquisition strategies to keep vacancies at facility-specified levels and ensure new programs are fully staffed by launch.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques and credential assessments to ensure a high-quality hire.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, managing sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and counter-offers.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a resource for corporate benefits, incentives, and facility policies.
- Onboarding & Tracking: Maintain accurate, timely documentation within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
