Are you a high-energy HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to act as a Brand Ambassador for our Talent Management team. In this role, you won't just be processing paperwork—you will be the face of the company for new "Crew Members," ensuring their first experience with us is seamless, professional, and welcoming.
This is a high-volume, high-impact position that requires a "tech-savvy" multitasker who can pivot between complex scheduling and direct candidate communication without missing a beat.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Orchestration: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the onboarding workstream, managing everything from drug tests and fingerprinting to background check logistics.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a consultant and brand ambassador, directly communicating with new hires to resolve unforeseen logistical issues and ensure a "Ready for Hire" status.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows to maximize efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve the candidate journey.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Talent Management, Global Security, and HR Tech to facilitate complex recruiting transactions and events.
- Metric-Driven Success: Manage a high-volume scheduling and onboarding queue, prioritizing tasks based on critical business needs.
- Experience: 2–3 years of HR or Business experience, specifically within onboarding or talent coordination.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Workday, Paradox, and background check software.
- Organizational Mastery: A proven ability to manage calendars, capacity, and competing priorities under pressure.
- Communication: Elite written and verbal communication skills; you must be proactive, responsive, and able to work independently.
- Education: An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
