Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking to hire a Recruiter to support their Banking Operations teams. These roles keep their business moving forward, and they need a skilled recruiter to help them find the talent that makes it happen. We are seeking a collaborative, data-minded Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across multiple high-volume requisitions. You’ll act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring managers, championing inclusive sourcing strategies and ensuring every applicant enjoys a seamless, respectful interview journey. Responsibilities

• Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume Banking Operations roles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies
• Identify and leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines
• Drive an efficient, streamlined hiring process that meets business needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Utilize data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes
• Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve recruiting processes and operational effectiveness
