- Optimize Data Workflows: Validate and process high-volume packing slips emailed from vendors, matching them perfectly against purchase orders (POs).
- Master Advanced Systems: Perform SAP receipts, handling an average team volume of 600–1,000+ transaction lines per day.
- Collaborate and Troubleshoot: Act as a key liaison to resolve discrepancies by communicating professionally with planner buyers, vendors, and field teams.
- Expand Your Capabilities: Grow your career as you transition into complex receiving tasks and work order transfers over time.
- Experience: 2 + years of proven success in supply chain, receiving, AP, or payroll data entry.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic SAP experience combined with advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Fast, accurate typing and 10-key by touch are essential.
- Core Competencies: A systematic mindset comfortable with high-volume, repetitive office environments. Demonstrated email etiquette and the ability to follow instructions independently.
