We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the fast-paced environment of The Business Office. This team’s purpose is to enable revenue recognition and reduce risk by continuously improving and strategically evolving our contract and document management processes for the VWS business. This role is ideal for someone with an understanding of the Full Service and Investment Only business lines, dealing with Legal Documents, Fee Agreement Contracts and Schedules, and Engagement Letters.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years’ work experience required. Experience in VWS preferred.
-Preferred bill code knowledge.
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fee Agreements
1. Creates, modifies, and terminates the Fee Contract and Schedule as needed dependent on the client’s needs while following SOX requirements.
2. SME for internal bill codes and the services they correlate with.
3. Works with various Business Partners to ensure bill codes have been established properly within the appropriate timeframe and that fees are pulling correctly.
Engagement Letters
1. Creates, modifies, stores finalized Engagement Letters for client projects.
2. Update our systems to reflect accurate date and fee information.
3. Works with Business Partners to individualize letters based on requirements.
Document Management
1. Reviews documentation to ensure requests have been filled out accurately and completely.
2. Coordinates internal countersignatures through Docusign.
3. Create Trustee Letters assigned by Legal.
4. Store all documentation in teams document repositories dependent on the meta data.
