What You’ll Do:
- Driver Support: Answer incoming inquiries from Drivers and provide real-time solutions and information their are needing in the field.
- Information Relay: Ensure the Customer Delivery team stays updated on all route changes or delays.
- Data Management: Accurate data entry into SAP and status reporting via MS Excel.
- Problem Solve: Research and fix missing or incorrect delivery info on the fly.
- Systems Experience: Comfortable with SAP and MS Excel
- Communication: Able to talk clearly and professionally with drivers in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: This is a 2-month commitment and we need someone who can hit the ground running
salary: $21 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Responsible for bridging communication between the Customer Delivery team and Drivers
- Handle Driver inquiries and questions about deliveries
- Relay messages and updates about deliveries to the Customer Delivery Team
- Research missing or incorrect information
- Reporting via MS Excel and Data entry into SAP
