- Manage Inventory: Walk the yard daily to track fuel, fluids, and tire stock; tag and organize incoming parts.
- Handle Procurement: Order parts daily, manage special requests via eBlotter, and process POs/invoices in Oracle and Dossier.
- Keep Us Moving: Process core/warranty returns and enter daily vehicle and inspection data.
- Connect the Team: Keep the Maintenance Manager updated on parts availability and delivery timelines.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort navigating data entry systems (Oracle or Dossier experience is a plus!).
- A reliable team player who thrives in a structured, fast-paced daily routine.

Responsibilities
Inventory Control & Management
- Physical Yard Audits: Conduct daily physical inspections of the yard to check and track inventory levels for fuel, antifreeze, oil, and other essential fluids.
- Tire Management: Perform daily checks on tire inventory and run specific reports (Inventory Count List, Pre/Post Valuation, and Adjustment History) to maintain optimal stock.
- Parts Organization: Tag, label, and organize all newly delivered parts. Ensure standard operating procedure (SOP) parts are placed on designated shelves with the open Repair Order (RO) clearly attached.
- Parts Ordering: Complete daily parts ordering by running the restock order report via Dossier and cross-referencing the "Minus" report.
- Special Request Fulfillment: Monitor and print special-order parts requests from the eBlotter parts tab throughout the day to ensure technician needs are met.
- Purchase Orders (POs) & Invoicing: Receive and process POs and invoices efficiently in both Oracle and Dossier management systems.
- Core & Wrong Parts Returns: Identify, process, and return incorrect parts or core parts to vendors to secure appropriate credits.
- Warranty Tracking: Coordinate the processing and return of under-warranty components to maximize cost recovery.
