Responsibilities
Your Daily Impact & Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, providing expert guidance across a diverse suite of active and legacy financial products.
- Guide customers through complex topics such as tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, and capital preservation.
- Strictly adhere to all internal policies, plan documents, state/local laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain documentation of customer conversations to support our core strategy of knowing our members better.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of professional experience in customer service, sales, or a closely related client-facing occupation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with high proficiency in computers and standard office software.
- Earn a steady hourly pay rate of $19/hr.
- Set yourself up for success with a robust 6-weeks training program
- Enjoy stable, predictable shifts within our standard hours of operation (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm and Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm) following the completion of your training.
