What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Skillset: Exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
- Schedule: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site.
- Education: Associate degree, in Accounting or Finance (a plus)

Responsibilities
- Invoice & Transaction Management: Oversee the processing of invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and debit/credit memos.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Audit pricing and quantities to quickly resolve billing mismatches through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Disbursements & Records: Support weekly payment processing and check runs while maintaining highly organized digital and physical financial archives.
- Vendor Relations: Manage vendor profiles, streamline the onboarding process for new partners, and handle vendor statement reconciliations.
- Financial Insights: Reconcile corporate credit cards and assist the finance team with month-end reporting and expense analysis.
- Team Support: Pitch in with general administrative tasks to keep the finance department running smoothly.
