Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy professional with a background in the electrical or construction industry? Double R Contracting, Inc. is looking for a Service / Operations Coordinator to join our Deer Park team!
About the Role: This is a temporary contract position starting in early to mid-July. You will enjoy a comprehensive overlapping training period before taking the reins. You will act as the operational "middle-man," taking ownership of facilitating our smaller-scale jobs while collaborating directly with the Project Manager who oversees larger projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule & Coordinate: Efficiently manage daily schedules for our field personnel and service calls.
- Field Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for field crews, checking in regularly via text and phone (company phone provided).
- Inventory Management: Oversee and track supply inventory to ensure field teams have the exact materials they need.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Project Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
- Tech-Savvy: A quick learner who is highly computer literate and can easily navigate our software programs.
- Industry Knowledge: An electrical background is strongly preferred for seamless inventory support and material understanding.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask.
- Confident Communicator: Comfortable and authoritative when coordinating daily with our field staff.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Great work-life balance!)
- Compensation: $43.00 / hour
