Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Payroll: Execute end-to-end processing of weekly payroll with a high degree of accuracy.
  
  
• System & Table Management: Configure and maintain company-level software tables, including earnings, deductions, liabilities, and union classifications.
  
  
• Compliance & Reporting: Generate weekly certified payroll reports and ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and union regulations.
  
  
• Auditing & Records: Conduct routine audits of timecards and payroll records to maintain flawless employee data.
  
  
• Garnishments & Off-boarding: Manage child support and garnishment compliance, and efficiently calculate/prepare off-cycle checks for layoffs or terminations.
  
  
• Administrative Support: Respond to Verification of Employment (VOE) requests and tackle special payroll projects as needed
