Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in high-volume recruiting, with specific experience in retail or hospitality environments highly preferred.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.
- Language Skills: bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and/or Spanish is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities
- High-Volume Recruiting: Drive full-cycle recruitment for general retail staff positions, ensuring candidate pipelines remain robust and roles are filled quickly.
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, review resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit, experience, and availability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and retail hiring managers.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the initial onboarding steps for new hires to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Local Market Engagement: Leverage knowledge of the San Jose talent market to attract top-tier retail talent.
