In this role, you will own our accounting and management information functions end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with department leaders to build processes, lead system integrations, and provide the financial insights needed to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, and general ledger functions.
- Lead month-end close and prepare standard financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Use the ERP system (Expandable/Crystal Reports) and Excel to create budget variance and management reports.
- Analyze manufacturing costs (labor, material, overhead) and margins, and oversee inventory cycle counting.
- Partner with the CEO & COO on strategic decisions, lead annual budgeting, and supervise a two-person accounting team.
- Oversee benefits administration, HR functions, business/health insurance, and IT coordination.
