- Skills: * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Execute Compensation Project: Follow a structured SOP to partner with network managers, collecting data on specific compensation scales and verifying historical years of experience.
- Manage Badge Center Operations: Coordinate high-priority ID Badge workflows for employees, medical staff, students, and external vendors while maintaining strict compliance.
- Support the Employee Lifecycle: Assist with onboarding and orientation workflows, track down missing recruitment documentation, log data into tracking systems, and process exits.
- Front Desk & Helpdesk Support: Act as the first line of HR customer service. Troubleshoot everyday inquiries (direct deposits, W-4 updates, intranet access) and route complex issues to appropriate managers.
- Cross-Campus Collaboration: Learn workflows from senior leadership, train junior HR assistants on front-desk procedures, and flexibly float to regional offices as needed.
- Culture & Events: Assist leadership with special corporate projects, milestone recognition events, and retirements.
