This is not a traditional inbound call center or repetitive customer service role. It is highly administrative and requires a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills (writing emails, phone calls, reporting). This is a dynamic, high-ownership position where you will actively manage job workflows, coordinate with outside vendors, and ensure the successful, high-quality execution of client orders.
Are you naturally proactive? This is not a "sit back and wait for the next task" type of job. We are looking for someone intuitive with an elevated sense of problem-solving. If something doesn't look right, we want you to question it. If you see a more efficient way of doing things, we want to hear it. We value confidence, autonomy, and continuous process improvement.
Skills & Attributes
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with solid familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a proven ability to quickly learn proprietary inventory or office software.
- Communication Powerhouse: Superb verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly confident on the phone and skilled at navigating diverse personalities under fast-paced production deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet, work autonomously, and develop alternate, creative solutions to complex problems.
- Attitude: A positive, collaborative professional who contributes to a strong team environment and remains adaptable to shifting client demands.

- Vendor & Supply Coordination: Source and place outside purchases (including mail list acquisitions, commercial print, envelopes, and paper) according to company protocols.
- Project Tracking: Interactively schedule and balance workloads across multiple production facets to meet strict client deadlines.
