This role is ideal for someone who is early in their insurance career and looking to continue growing within an agency setting. Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license, in the state of Maryland. The ideal background will include 0–5 years of experience within an insurance agency or insurance agent environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline point of contact for clients regarding personal lines policy service needs
- Handle incoming client and third-party requests by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist with policy reviews, customer surveys, account updates, and service follow-up
- Navigate carrier websites and internal agency systems to resolve client needs
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate electronic client files
- Support retention efforts when clients request policy cancellations
- Suggest, quote, and write additional insurance policies based on client needs
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, state insurance requirements, and product training
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (Maryland)
- 0–5 years of experience in an insurance agency, agent office, or personal lines service environment preferred
- Follow-up communication skills, organization, client service
- Comfort working in agency management systems, carrier portals, Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel
- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to stay calm with difficult or escalated client situations
