Responsibilities

-Daily Property Operations: Maintain multiple office buildings and a residential site, ensuring full compliance with local and federal regulations. Conduct routine inspections, manage space/parking reservations, handle office inventory, and coordinate reception desk coverage.

-Executive Residential Support: Coordinate logistics for a primary executive/presidential residence, including managing service requests, building access, and preparing guest suites for visitors.

-Team & Vendor Management: Supervise the local facilities and administrative staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors—handling selection, monitoring service delivery, managing contracts, and processing invoices.

-Financial & Resource Oversight: Monitor operational budgets for supplies and provisions, identify cost-effective maintenance solutions, and assist with annual budget planning.

-Internal Collaboration: Align local operations with the organization's broader regional offices and partner with the internal events team to support on-site functions.
