Responsibilities
Position Summary: Join a high-volume outpatient clinic managing critical frontline patient logistics and administrative support. You will handle medical reception duties, appointment schedules, and daily office workflows for 80 to 100 clinic patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients efficiently upon arrival.
- Schedule patient follow-up appointments and handle automated or manual reminder calls.
- Manage clinic communications by printing, faxing, and filing critical documentation.
- Navigate electronic medical record systems to input and track patient files.
- Previous administrative experience in a medical office or outpatient clinic setting.
- strong technical proficiency utilizing electronic health record systems (APEX/Epic experience is highly preferred).
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Must clear standard onboarding, including a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
- Compliance with healthcare vaccination policies (including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, and Tetanus) and TB testing.
