Responsibilities
- Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the CEO; represent them in high-stakes internal and client settings.
- Operational Leadership: Own the office operating rhythm, lead executive meetings/offsites, and optimize the CEO’s schedule alongside the EA.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead complex multi-business unit initiatives, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and construct lasting accountability systems.
- External Engagement: Attend high-level client meetings and investor events, requiring ~50% business travel.
- Experience: 10+ years in high-intensity environments (MBB consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth companies); MBA preferred.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven success as a CoS, Head of Strategy, or Senior Operations leader navigating fast-scaling environments.
- Core Toolkit: Executive-grade communication (investor memos, board decks), a diplomatic backbone for hard conversations, and fluent integration of AI leverage multipliers.
- Logistics: Must reside in the NYC area for in-office work in downtown Manhattan; flexible to travel 50% of the time.
