Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume system updates with a zero-error threshold, including critical status code changes, employee classification shifts, and organizational hierarchy moves.
- Regularly audit internal databases against source documents to identify, reconcile, and correct data discrepancies before they impact the billing cycle.
- Maintain exhaustive, real-time documentation of all account updates, system modifications, and client communications within the internal CRM system to ensure a transparent audit trail.
- Proactively track, manage, and prioritize daily billing tasks and queues to meet rigid weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial deadlines.
- Assist in updating client billing profiles, including contract terms, fee structures, and employee roster changes that dictate invoicing.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly escalate complex billing anomalies or system glitches to the Finance Manager or IT support to mitigate billing delays.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding account updates, providing clear, professional, and timely confirmations once requests are executed.
