Responsibilities
- Address and resolve member questions pertaining to all plan aspects such as claims, benefits, and eligibility.
- Consultatively interpret and explain plan benefits and policies to members and providers.
- Apply customer engagement philosophies and personality-based resolution techniques to all sales and service interactions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Building customer relationships and showcasing plan specific benefits.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
