Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and end-to-end talent lifecycle for non-clinical and ancillary healthcare roles, from creative sourcing and screening to extending competitive offers and scheduling onboarding dates.
- Collaborate closely with Department Directors and Managers to clarify job competencies, design targeted account recruitment plans, and deliver regular updates on vacancy and pipeline status.
- Cultivate community and sourcing engagement to build and nurture talent pipelines while planning career days and job fairs.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key HR metrics like vacancy rates, turnover, and retention data, as well as conducting exit interviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated HR/recruiting experience, with a proven track record supporting recruitment strategies and onboarding.
- Previous experience recruiting within a healthcare environment is a must.
- Expertise in consulting with hiring managers on compensation/offers, market trends, and behavioral interviewing.
- Hands-on proficiency with healthcare service-based Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for building talent data charts and graphs.
