- Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections and routine servicing to minimize equipment downtime.
- Facility Upkeep: Handle drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, and general grounds preservation.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment by following OSHA guidelines and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
- Work Order Tracking: Log completed tasks and manage spare parts inventory using our digital system.
- 2+ years of experience in general building or industrial maintenance.
- Have troubleshooting skills across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

1. Equipment & System Diagnostics
- Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC malfunctions.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical schematics to locate faults safely.
- Performing hands-on repairs to structural elements, interior fixtures, appliances, and facility equipment.
- Responding promptly to urgent or emergency work orders (e.g., pipe bursts, power outages, structural hazards).
- Conducting scheduled inspections and routine servicing (lubrication, part replacements, system tuning) to prevent equipment failure.
- Monitoring and tracking the performance lifecycle of critical assets to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining the aesthetic and functional condition of the property, including basic carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and masonry.
- Ensuring common areas, walkways, and exteriors remain safe, clean, and clear of hazards.
- Operating under strict compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, and safety protocols (such as Lockout/Tagout and PPE utilization).
- Conducting routine safety audits on fire suppression systems, emergency exits, and security infrastructure.
- Documenting all completed repairs, labor hours, and maintenance tasks within a digital asset management system or logbook.
- Tracking, ordering, and managing inventory levels for spare parts, specialized tools, and maintenance hardware.
