In this role, you will serve as the point of contact and operational resource for a sub-portfolio of approximately 500 residential units. Collaborating closely with other team members you will oversee the entire resident lifecycle, including billing, collections, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
salary: $70,000 - $78,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Billing & Collections: Post rental income, process monthly charges, and apply adjustments, credits, or late fees. Monitor delinquency reports, conduct proactive outreach on past-due balances, and collaborate with the Accounting Manager on payment plans, escalations, and eviction proceedings.
- Leasing & Renewals: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned properties, including generating offers, tracking deadlines, and updating records. Support the Leasing Manager with application processing and lease package preparation.
- Maintenance Coordination: Partner with the Property Manager to log, track, and oversee resident work orders. Communicate effectively with maintenance staff and vendors, and follow up with residents to ensure successful resolution.
- Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person. Respond promptly, politely enforce community guidelines, and maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain precise digital records, distribute official notices, and assist with move-out processing and turnover documentation. Provide dynamic daily operational support to the Property, Accounting, and Leasing Managers.
