Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Elevate: Plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate daily team workflows, setting high standards for accountability and performance.
- Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner with hospital department supervisors to coordinate seamless linen distribution, ensuring zero interruption to critical care services.
- Drive Excellence: Align onsite operational and financial performance with mutual SHSC and hospital budgetary goals.
- Uphold Safety: Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and Public Health guidelines regarding universal precautions and infection control.
- Act with Urgency: Masterfully multi-task, set shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines within a high-stakes medical environment.
- Proven Leadership: Solid prior management or supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to direct, train, and evaluate subordinates.
- Industry Background: Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare-like setting is highly preferred.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with hospital staff and stakeholders.
- Operational Agility: Excellent sense of urgency and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work non-standard hours as operational needs dictate is essential.
- Technical & Communication Savvy: Excellent computer skills and the ability to clearly communicate oral and written instructions in English.
- Detail-Oriented: A strategic thinker driven by metrics, safety compliance, and mutual organizational success.

. Prior management/supervisory experience, ability to plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate work of subordinates; experience in a hospital like setting preferred.

. Excellent sense of urgency with ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines within critical care environment.
. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills.
. Flexible and available to work non-standard hours if needed.
. Detail and goal oriented to meet mutual SHSC and onsite hospital operational and financial goals.
. Ability to understand and communicate oral/written instructions in English.
