We are looking for Associate Production Technicians to join our brand-new team in Taylor, Texas. In this entry-level role, you’ll get hands-on experience monitoring our production lines, learning how to troubleshoot high-tech systems, and keeping our manufacturing floor running smoothly.

- A-Shift (Days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
- C-Shift (Days): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
- D-Shift (Nights):Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 0–4 years of work experience. We love entry-level candidates who are motivated to learn! (Any semiconductor experience is a plus, but definitely not required).
- Tech-Comfortable: You are confident using computers, can type at least 30 WPM, and feel comfortable learning new software systems.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for following instructions closely and keeping things organized.
- Great Communicator: You enjoy working with a team, sharing ideas, and helping others.

Responsibilities
As you grow into the role, your daily tasks will include:
- Learning to read and analyze basic production data to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Spotting "bottlenecks" or slowdowns on the floor and working with the team to fix them.
- Investigating basic technical hiccups and learning how to solve them at the root cause.
- Working in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment (which includes wearing a full protective cleanroom suit).
- Multitasking accurately while following straightforward, step-by-step instructions.
