Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day success and productivity of an inside phone sales team
• Working closely with sales leadership and management teams to implement proven sales strategies and processes
• Training, coaching, and developing sales talent through ongoing mentorship, call reviews, role-playing, and performance management
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure team goals and sales targets are achieved
• Assisting with onboarding and continued development of new and existing sales representatives
• Reviewing CRM activity, pipeline management, talk time, and overall team performance metrics
• Helping create a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
