Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual income statements and financial reports to senior leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with department heads to develop accurate financial plans.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actual vs. forecast) and communicate findings with actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and business cases.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key financial and operational metrics.
- Analyze corporate financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze inventory positions, COGS, and manufacturing cost drivers.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Leverage the IFS ERP system to extract, validate, and analyze financial and inventory data.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as directed by the Controller and VP of Finance.
