Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Translate customer needs into technical projects, ensuring execution meets Quality, Cost (Budget), and Delivery (Timeline) targets from pre-contracting to CAV.

Risk & Crisis Management: Evaluate technical feasibility and risks, manage project crises, and plan courses of action with all project actors.

Line Integration: Act as the "integrator" on Services projects, including upgrade scopes for the rest of the packaging line.

Team Coordination: Manage the coordination of on-site technicians and oversee the Health, Safety, Environment & Security (HSE&S) plan.

Commercial Support: Support the Services team with sales, proposals, and presentations, and propose additional Services products to maximize customer satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience with strong technical expertise, specifically within the industrial maintenance or packaging sectors.

Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret engineering documents (operating/maintenance instructions, assembly drawings) and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of staff management, risk management, and finance for non-financial managers.

Soft Skills: strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; French or Spanish language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities
Translate customer needs, develop, present, and execute Services projects. ■ Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D. ■ Is an “integrator” on the Services project incl. the additional scope of upgrades on the rest of the packaging line. ■ Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction. ■ Ensure the technical feasibility of deals. ■ Responsible for the Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects from Pre contracting to CAV. ■ Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors. ■ Support Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed. ■ Provide accurate, up-to-date project information to ensure reporting is properly completed ■ Manage coordination of on-site technicians. ■ Manage Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan.
