What You'll Do
- Order & PO Management: Process intercompany orders (EDI/Manual), manage PO confirmations, release order blocks, and handle order maintenance.
- Global Logistics & Compliance: Prepare export documentation (invoices, AWB, COC), coordinate international shipments, and ensure strict adherence to export and IATA dangerous goods regulations.
- Customer & Team Relations: Act as the single point of contact for international partners. Manage returns, credits, and rebills fairly and effectively.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Collaborate with Supply Planning to secure inventory and develop initiatives to improve the customer experience based on survey feedback.
- Experienced: 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or export coordination.
- Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing routine, manual tasks with high accuracy.
- Reliable Team Player: Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of building positive internal relationships.

Responsibilities
Order entry- Processes Intercompany orders for EDI or Manual orders
PO Confirmation
Order Maintenance for Business Rules – dating or splitting the lines
Release Order Blocks
Processes Customer returns – credits and rebills
Prepares and distributes Export documents- invoices, AWB, COC etc..
Ensues adherence to export regulations and guidelines
Provides back up to fellow team members
Performs other duties as needed
Single point of contact for intercompany shipments
Provides proactive, accurate communications
