In this role, you’ll be the air traffic control for our field teams, ensuring they get where they need to go efficiently while delivering top-tier service to our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Map Out Success: Use Google Maps to design, optimize, and manage installation schedules for multiple teams.
- Protect the Details: Review sales contracts with a fine-tooth comb to ensure all project details are correct.
- Connect the Dots: Keep communication lines wide open between clients, vendors, and our team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Lend a Hand: Tackle various administrative tasks to support a fast-paced office environment.
- The Logistics Mindset: You have a background in scheduling and know your way around Google Maps for routing.
- Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in dynamic environments and possess stellar customer service skills.
- Industry Insight: You’ve ideally spent some time working in the construction or manufacturing sectors (a big plus!).
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities
- Create installation plans across states for multiple crews to maximize efficiency
- Research contracts to provide accurate information to customers
- Proactively reach out to customers if there are known installation or repair issues
- Document each interaction thoroughly in the system
- Review customer orders by verifying pricing and ensuring options are buildable
- Assist with problem solving incomplete orders so they can be processed
- Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks and collections
- Contact crew members and customers throughout the day to keep them updated on progress
- Review customer's property photo to identify any issues that can affect a smooth installation
