This is not a niche HR Specialist role. Instead, we are looking for a true people-and-operations generalist with 3 to 7 years of experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will be the heartbeat of our day-to-day team operations, touching everything from onboarding and employee engagement to benefits coordination, performance monitoring, and compliance.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in HR, personnel management, or a closely related generalist role.
- The Right Fit: Someone who excels at Personnel management—balancing compliance and policy execution with a passion for employee engagement and company culture.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing tracking software and monitoring tools (experience with Time Doctor or similar time-tracking software is a major plus).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills (you'll be drafting our monthly newsletter!), high attention to detail for compliance and weekly timesheets, and a knack for organizing team celebrations and firm parties.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation as directed
- Conducts initial training
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and employment matters
- Assist with resolving employee concerns and workplace issues
- Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture
- Assists with any HR related disciplinary processes
- Drafts monthly newsletters
- Handles employee celebrations (work anniversaries, birthdays, etc)
- Assists with Firm parties
- Coordinates all PTO requests
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and changes
- Handles TimeSheets weekly
- Monitors and maintains Attendance sheets with regard to "point system"
- Time Doctor Monitoring
- Assists with executing new policies and proceedures
- Maintain personnel files and HR records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Track training completion and maintain related records.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
