Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Engagement: Proactively schedule and conduct client onboarding calls utilizing our scheduling software. Guide new clients through the setup process while educating them on the immense value and benefits of our services.
- Relationship Management: Foster solid, trusting relationships with clients to promote long-term retention, prioritizing their unique needs, goals, and financial challenges.
- Retention & Save Strategies: Execute personalized strategies directly with at-risk clients who are considering canceling, effectively addressing their concerns to improve overall satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve complex problems, and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolutions—anticipating client needs before they escalate.
- Data & Account Monitoring: Monitor client file activity, payment schedules, and feedback to actively identify at-risk accounts.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain meticulous, detailed records of all client interactions, resolutions, and outcomes in our CRM system in accordance with company compliance standards.
