Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Accurately process routine financial requests, including account updates, check deposits, transfers, and systematic withdrawals.
- Review incoming financial documents and paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Reach out via written correspondence or structured outbound calls to clarify incomplete or invalid information on client requests.
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) is a plus.
- Comfort level navigating basic computer systems and learning proprietary database software.
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of high-accuracy data entry.
- Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- A predictable, steady schedule with hybrid flexibility after initial training.
- Paid training to fully teach you our systems, regulations, and processing workflows—no prior financial industry background required.
- Direct exposure to the operational side of financial services with clear pathways for internal growth and development.
