In this role, you will provide moderate-to-complex litigation support to a busy Torts and Insurance Practice Group. You will act as the right hand to a dedicated team of attorneys, managing cases seamlessly from initial intake through pre-trial, deposition preparation, and final trial delivery.

Responsibilities
- Litigation Case Management: Assist in managing large cases and projects. Handle extensive document organization, retrieval, and production. Digest deposition transcripts and prepare polished deposition and trial exhibits.
- Legal Drafting & Filings: Draft pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and trial binders. Manage the proper indexing and electronic filing of legal documents utilizing advanced litigation support software.
- Practice Management & Admin: Keep attorneys organized by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
- Financial Administration: Oversee the monthly billing cycle and handle client accounting-related tasks for the practice group.
- Client & Court Liaison: Serve as a professional first point of contact, managing phone and email correspondence with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
