We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Clinical Support Specialist to drive daily departmental operations. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping clinical data moving, conducting critical pre-review screenings for service authorizations, and ensuring strict compliance with federal and accreditation standards. Responsibilities

• Write, edit, or coordinate the preparation of correspondences, reports, or other printed material according to established standards or readily available sources
• Completes assigned Core Clinical Support Tasks outlined in the clinical support and admin assigned task list.
• Answering and directing communications to relevant UM staff
• Handle administrative requests and queries from the UM Department
• Coordinate UM Department meetings etc. as needed
• Review and process documents received within UM and Triage accordingly
• Writing and issuing emails on behalf of UM leadership upon request.
• Identifying efficiencies to improve administrative processes.
