Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Document Processor is to successfully process applications in a fast-paced production environment where quality, attention to detail, and accuracy are critical.
On any given day, you may be responsible for tasks in the following areas:
• Extraction: Open envelopes, extract checks, and validate fees.
• Document Processing: Prepare and sort documents for scanning.
• Scanning: Process documents and checks for image capture and review them for accuracy, including verifying the time and date of imaging.
• Assembly: Assemble documents by hole-punching, placing fasteners in folders, and accurately labeling files.
This role involves processing a high volume of document transactions, including tasks with moderate complexity and variation.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
