Responsibilities

Case Investigation & Early Assessment

• Analyze extensive case files to construct detailed chronologies and summaries of key events and correspondence.
  
  
• Evaluate and distill essential information from medical records, billing statements, police reports, and deposition transcripts.
  
  

Discovery & Litigation Support

• Oversee the management of intricate legal matters from inception through the final stages of litigation.
  
  
• Facilitate the discovery process by drafting and responding to requests and managing large-scale document productions.
  
  
• Coordinate preparation efforts for critical milestones, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
  
  

Trial Support & Specialized Research

• Provide comprehensive support for trial proceedings, including on-site attendance and logistical preparation.
  
  
• Perform strategic research regarding potential jurors to assist in the selection process.
  
  

Professional Standards & Technology

• Maintain high standards of professional communication when interacting with clients, legal counsel, and firm personnel.
  
  
• Master and implement both current and emerging firm technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
