Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Strictly manage and enforce the visitor security sign-in sheet and protocol.
- Professionally answer, screen, and route incoming calls. Take accurate messages and handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist with outgoing shipping, courier services, and tracking deliveries.
- Track, order, and organize office supplies. Fully manage the snack inventory, which includes ordering, unpacking, organizing, and setting snacks out for employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, office vendors, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
