The Mission We are a growing company in Boca Raton prepping for a major, enterprise-wide ERP software implementation in 2027. But before we build the future, we have to clear out the past. We have a massive legacy vendor database that needs a major overhaul, and we are looking for a sharp, analytical Data Detective to lead the cleanup mission.

Responsibilities
- Vendor Master File Audit: Review and clean up the vendor database in Great Plains, systematically evaluating a backlog of 10,000+ vendor profiles.
- Data Investigation & Validation: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, validate contract terms, payment histories, and vendor details.
- Contact Information Verification: Proactively verify, update, and correct outdated vendor contact details including phone numbers, email addresses, and physical locations, to ensure the master file is accurate.
- Compliance & Documentation Capture: Audit existing files to track down and secure missing compliance documentation, specifically focusing on up-to-date W9s, tax IDs, and verified banking information.
- ERP Implementation Prep: Format, structure, and finalized vendor data to successfully prep the system for an upcoming enterprise-wide ERP data migration.
