Additionally, experience with the implementation of ERP systems would be a significant advantage and 5 years experience in manufacturing is required. A CPA is preferred but not required. This position is 100% onsite in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and is direct hire with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze and report monthly and quarterly financial results; provide variance analysis and insights to support management's decision making
- Manage balance sheet and ensure timely reconciliations
- Develop cash flow forecasts - assess current processes and implement improvements to AR/AP
- Manage month end close; review and approve journal entries, recons and account analysis
- Cost accounting - standing costing, inventory valuation and reconciliation, cost of goods sold accuracy
- Lead internal audits - track production costs and alignment with financial reporting; oversee inventory counts, perform cost driver analysis and margin analysis for products
- Assist with implementation of new ERP - work to improve data accuracy, cost tracking and reporting efficiency
