salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Financial Close: Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis to ensure timely reporting.
  
  
• Reconciliations: Oversee complex payroll account reconciliations and resolve variances to improve data accuracy.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Benefits teams to troubleshoot and resolve transactional issues.
  
  
• Accounting Guidance: Advise operational teams to ensure HR and benefits transactions align with accounting policies and general ledger standards.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to automate payroll general ledger reporting, reducing manual tasks and increasing efficiency.
  
  
• Compliance & Controls: Strengthen internal controls and documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
