Ready to bring your leadership skills into a professional corporate setting?
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Team Lead to join a global leader in the financial services industry for a unique, high-impact role every Monday and Tuesday. This position is an ideal fit for seasoned professionals from hospitality, retail, or the gig economy (such as high-rated rideshare or delivery partners) who are looking to transition their fast-paced coordination skills into a structured corporate environment and have the ability to continue with other employment outside of 8-5 on Monday and Tuesday.
In the financial services sector, mail volume spikes significantly at the start of the week, with approximately 3 times the amount of mail arriving on Monday compared to the other work days. To remain compliant with SEC regulations and avoid substantial fines, every piece must be processed and digitized with urgency. You will be the linchpin of this operation, overseeing a growing team of temporary associates (scaling up to 12 people) to ensure we hit these critical deadlines with precision and a professional atmosphere.
The ideal candidate is a natural facilitator who excels at conflict resolution, ensuring the team stays motivated and productive while serving as the vital communication link between the staffing agency and the corporate operations team.
