Randstad is seeking a welcoming, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Administrative Assistant.  As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. This position combines exceptional customer service with vital administrative duties, including managing communications, verifying insurance benefits, and handling claims. Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a medical front office, medical billing, or insurance verification role is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with medical billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical terminology, health insurance plans, and the claims submission process.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process.
• Managing the office email inbox, routing inquiries, and responding to patient requests in a timely manner
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments or surgeries.
• Obtain necessary pre-authorizations and pre-certifications for surgical procedures.
• Communicate financial responsibilities, co-pays, and deductibles clearly to patients.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and billing documentation.
• Administrative tasks as needed
