- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a medical front office, medical billing, or insurance verification role is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with medical billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical terminology, health insurance plans, and the claims submission process.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Managing the office email inbox, routing inquiries, and responding to patient requests in a timely manner
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments or surgeries.
- Obtain necessary pre-authorizations and pre-certifications for surgical procedures.
- Communicate financial responsibilities, co-pays, and deductibles clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and billing documentation.
- Administrative tasks as needed
