- Must be open to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday).
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service experience. Call Center experience preferred.
- Must not have any pre-planned upcoming events or time-off requests within the next 90 days.
- Computer Hardware: You must use your own PC/Laptop. Please note: Chromebooks, Intel Celeron processors, and MACs are NOT accepted.
- Internet Connection: High-speed, stable internet with a minimum download speed of 50MB and upload speed of 20MB.
- Connection must be Broadband/DSL. WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, cellular connections, and wireless hotspots are not acceptable.
- You must have a Home Router with a direct, wired Ethernet link to your PC (no wireless connections).
- Workspace: A dedicated, private workspace free from outside distractions and family members.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support, answering incoming calls, emails, and messages to research creative solutions for customers.
- Professionally navigate customer inquiries regarding benefits, bill payments, order processing, and account troubleshooting with clear, concise communication.
- Multi-task across systems to efficiently track and document customer interactions, solutions, and account details in real-time.
- Meet and exceed daily activity and quality metrics within a supportive, performance-focused team environment.
