Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance PEQ (Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality)
- Capacity Planning: create, manage, and adapt robust capacity plans to support client commitments,
- Vendor management: build long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Budget management: manage departmental expenses, including labor costs, material commodities, and discretionary spending
- Talent development: Provide regular, frequent, and actionable performance feedback
- KPI management: Establish, communicate, and regularly revise clear departmental and individual Key Performance Indicators
