- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a comfort level learning new software quickly
- Strict understanding of and committment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)

Responsibilities
Greet clients, opposing counsel, and visitors upon arrival. Manage a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls efficiently, take detailed messages, manage firm's general email inbox. Maintain the firm's calendar, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages. Handle outgoing mail, certified letters, and legal courier deliveries. Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems using proprietary software, ensuring documents are accurately logged, organized, and easily retrievable. Keep reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen clean and stocked. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Assist with basic billing tasks such as processing client payments, scanning expense receipts, or sorting invoices.
